Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional FM lead across the client account

  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality FM services in line with KPIs and SLAs

  • Manage day‑to‑day FM operations, including helpdesk, M&E, cleaning, waste, and workplace services

  • Lead and manage supply partners, compliance, and Health & Safety performance

  • Own regional FM budgets (Opex/Capex), driving savings and value improvement

  • Build strong relationships with regional client stakeholders

  • Provide advice on risk management, sustainability, and business continuity

  • Support site transitions, relocations, and onboarding of new locations

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports

About You

  • Proven experience in static or multi‑site Facilities Management

  • Strong knowledge of outsourced FM contracts and supply chain management

  • Confident managing budgets and driving cost efficiency

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Flexible and comfortable with regular travel

  • Professional, proactive, and solutions‑focused
