“I started my career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, joining the Capital Markets team as an Analyst supporting the team with real estate transaction consulting, and after a few months, I was fully dedicated to the Industrial&Logistics team. From the beginning, I found my superiors to be very energetic and knowledgeable about the market and thanks to them, I was quickly exposed to clients.   In 2022, I became a Senior Consultant and started managing two team members. What sets me apart is my desire to keep growing, my honesty and commitment I show to all clients daily, along with a lateral thinking approach in my decisions. Since 2023, I have been an Associate and have the honor of leading the Capital Markets Industrial team for Italy.”

“My journey at Cushman & Wakefield began in 2021 as the EMEA EHS Manager for the cluster comprising Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. Despite the limited opportunities for in-person interactions, I was warmly welcomed into a collaborative and friendly environment. Over time, I’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders while playing an active role in shaping our EMEA EHS strategy. In 2024, I have been promoted to Head of EMEA EHS, now leading a diverse team of 12 people from 6 different countries, all united by the common vision of safeguarding long-term success by creating a safer, greener, and more secure environment for our people and stakeholders. Beyond my core EHS work, I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with the Italian DEI Council and the EMEA DEI Advisory Board, contributing to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into everything we do. My academic background as an architect, combined with specialized training in real estate, allowed me to join the Cushman academy program, where I initially worked with the Valuation team. This experience offered me a strong foundation, and by mid-2020, I transitioned into the Capital Markets team, which marked a pivotal step in my professional development. There I have gained experience across different asset classes. As I became more experienced within the Capital Markets team, I grew to work independently across various tasks and responsibilities, collaborating closely with clients and working by building valuable relationships.
