Key Responsibilities
Act as the regional FM lead across the client account
Deliver consistent, high‑quality FM services in line with KPIs and SLAs
Manage day‑to‑day FM operations, including helpdesk, M&E, cleaning, waste, and workplace services
Lead and manage supply partners, compliance, and Health & Safety performance
Own regional FM budgets (Opex/Capex), driving savings and value improvement
Build strong relationships with regional client stakeholders
Provide advice on risk management, sustainability, and business continuity
Support site transitions, relocations, and onboarding of new locations
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports
About You
Proven experience in static or multi‑site Facilities Management
Strong knowledge of outsourced FM contracts and supply chain management
Confident managing budgets and driving cost efficiency
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Flexible and comfortable with regular travel
Professional, proactive, and solutions‑focused
