Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders

Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders is a national employee resource group dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate. We bring together driven professionals across service lines to foster growth, strengthen collaboration, and create meaningful impact both inside and outside the workplace.
CWFL is a diverse network of emerging professionals committed to innovation, leadership, and service. We believe leadership is not just a destination, but a journey built on shared knowledge, community engagement, and personal growth.
Our Mission
DRIVING FUTURES FORWARD
We believe the future belongs to those who dare to envision it - and we bring that vision to life through innovation, collaboration, and decisive action. CWFL opens doors, invests in growth, and celebrates every milestone as we redefine potential across our careers, our communities, and our industry. Every conversation, idea, and path we explore strengthens our shared commitment to a brighter future. Because leading the way isn’t just about following a path - it’s about having the courage to shape it, together.

CWFL Governance
The Executive Sponsor and Executive National Chair provide the strategic vision and leadership for CWFL, ensuring the program aligns with Cushman & Wakefield’s broader business goals and delivers meaningful impact across the firm. The Executive Sponsor serves as a senior advocate and champion, elevating CWFL’s visibility, securing executive support, and helping to shape initiatives that drive talent development and organizational growth. The Executive National Chair oversees the program’s execution, engagement, and operational success, partnering closely with the Leadership Council and local offices across AMER to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and create lasting value for members.
Supporting them is the Leadership Council, made up of the Chair-Elect, Finance Chair, Committee Chairs, and Regional Chairs from across the Americas and Canada. Together, they develop initiatives, best practices, and key events that foster connection, engagement, and the professional growth of future leaders throughout the firm.

"As Executive Sponsor of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders, I’m proud to support a talented group of emerging professionals. CWFL fosters growth, collaboration, and leadership development. Seeing their confidence and ideas flourish is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Supporting their journey is both a privilege and a responsibility I deeply value.”

"Seeing our future talent step into their potential and support one another is what makes this program so special to me. CWFL lifts up emerging professionals by creating a space where ambition, collaboration, and growth can thrive. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch colleagues take on new challenges, build meaningful connections across the firm, and develop the skills that will drive their careers forward. By empowering our people in this way, CWFL strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, fuels innovation, and ensures we continue to develop the leaders who will shape the future of the Real Estate Industry."
