What to expect during the hiring process at Cushman & Wakefield, including answers to common candidate questions.
Our Hiring Process

1. I've submitted my application
You've submitted your online application, now what? Be on the look out for an email confirming your application and inviting you to set up your Candidate Home account so you can check the status.

2. Recruiter Phone Screen
Within a week of applying, a Recruiter may contact you via email inviting you to set-up a phone screen. This conversation is typically an introductory call to review your background and discuss the role.

3. Hiring Team Interviews
If you proceed to this step in the hiring process, this is your chance to meet the key decision makers for the role. Depending on the role, you may meet with One - Three team members.

4. Offer - Congratulations
Exciting news! You've officially received an offer to join Cushman & Wakefield. Your Recruiter will be in touch to provide you the details verbally, then will follow up with a formal offer letter.

5. Pre-Employment
After you've signed your offer letter, we will begin the pre-employment process. This typically includes a background check and a drug screening, if required.

6. Onboarding
We're so excited to have you join us! Your Hiring Manager or a member of their team will be in touch with you to coordinate the delivery of your equipment, if applicable, and other pre-day 1 activities.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Visit our career site home page and click "Get Started." Here you will be able to upload your resume and receive tailored job recommendations based on your background. Additionally, you can click "Find Jobs" on the search bar and filter the results by category, location, work schedule, etc. Once you've found a role that interests you, you can apply directly from the job description page. We'll keep you updated along the way on the status of your application.
To check the status of your application, please log-in to your Candidate Home. If you have not set-up your Candidate Home account yet, click "My Applications."
