“Meet Flora! Flora started her journey at Cushman and Wakefield on our Summer Internship, learning about everything Commercial Real Estate. During Flora’s time on our Internship, her passion for Real Estate grew, and following her impressive work joined our Graduate Cohort. Flora did not study Real Estate at University, instead utilising skills from her Geography Degree at the University of Edinburgh such as data analysis, research & critical thinking. These have helped shape Flora into the professional she is today whilst working towards her Masters in Real Estate.”
“Meet Ed, Ed is currently a Graduate Surveyor on the Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Pathway. Prior to choosing a career in Real Estate, Ed studied Business and Management at Durham University. Whilst this Degree may not appear at all related to Real Estate, Ed found his studies equipped him with the skillset needed to flourish within the industry. From analytical thinking and creativity for finance and marketing modules, to refining his public speaking and presentation skills from various group projects, his degree helped him harness what is most valued within the workplace.”
“Meet Spencer! Spencer joined Cushman and Wakefield from the University of Reading in September 2022, where he studied an undergraduate degree in Real Estate BSc. During Spencer’s time on the graduate program he has rotated through a wide range of teams, helping to further his knowledge of Real Estate. Spencer is heavily involved in extracurricular activities having represented Cushman and Wakefield in Rugby, Hockey and Football this year as well as recently taking part in a Charity boxing event at the o2 Arena!”
