Most common internship programs
Cushman & Wakefield offers an Asset Services Internship that provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management and real estate services. Interns get involved in the day-to-day workings of the Asset Services team, gaining insights into property management, operational asset management, sustainability solutions, tenant engagement, and technology integration. Interns have the chance to network with professionals in the industry and develop their careers.
This is a chance to become a true expert in commercial real estate valuation. As a valuer, you will learn to understand an element of most aspects of commercial real estate, as all valuers need to have a view on capital markets, leasing and development. Valuation gives you the best grounding in real estate at the start of your career.
You will be part of a team with great knowledge and considerable experience as advisers in the industry. You will learn to give data-driven, market-facing and forward-looking opinions, which will rapidly grow your knowledge of the hotel and real estate industry. Interns are involved in various aspects of hotel real estate consultancy, including feasibility studies, concept studies, valuation, operator selection, operational review, and asset management. They will also assist with hotel investment advisory, such as sale/purchase mandates and commercial due diligence.
