Job Description Summary

This role will manage analytics & reporting to support Project Controls across a programme of multiple project types. Will work with the Project Controls Lead and/or project controls manager(s) to develop a plan for the long-term support of project delivery including building, managing, and reporting an ecosystem of analysis to ensure consistent & quality project delivery. Role will support the analytic components associated with programmatic functions, such as Capital Planning, Cost Management, and Data Integrity. Must have exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving. Must have the ability to lead a team and/or mentor less experienced team members.

About the Role:

  • Support the implementation and standardization of tools, technologies, processes, and procedures to enable effective project delivery across programs of varying complexity and scale.
  • Lead project controls and analytics by providing detailed cost analysis, forecasting, accruals management, earned value reporting, and insights on project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive project governance through KPI tracking, performance reporting, and the development of program-wide reporting metrics for project teams and senior leadership.
  • Support risk management activities, including risk planning, quantitative risk assessments, and monitoring of potential project impacts.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution by developing project controls frameworks, execution plans, and analytical deliverables that support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.

  • 8 or more years of related experience in working as a cost management expert on capital projects, including design and construction phases.

  • Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Experience within the construction industry required, candidates with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred.

  • Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

  • Expertise using Excel
