Job Description Summary
Job Description
As a Welcome Host at 107 Cheapside, you play a key role in delivering a welcoming, people-first, hospitality-led experience for occupiers and visitors. This is an experience-focused role that brings together front of house service delivery, community engagement, communication and operational excellence. You will act as a visible and approachable presence within the building, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. You will champion a customer centric approach in day-to-day service, supporting occupiers to feel informed and connected, while helping to activate shared spaces and amenities in line with the wider experience strategy.

You will also assist with basic security duties, including issuing visitor and contractor passes and supporting the building’s access control procedures.
