Finance Manager – Cluster Finance (4-Month Contract)
Job Description Summary
Join Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services team on a 4-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), supporting finance operations for a leading multinational corporate client across Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, and Brunei. This hands-on role will support regional financial management, including month-end accounting, accruals, cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliations. Working closely with client stakeholders, country operations teams, and regional Finance colleagues, you will help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial delivery while supporting additional finance-related requirements across the account.

About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate month-end finance activities across the assigned cluster, including journal preparation and review, accruals, reconciliations, expense allocations, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and validate monthly cost reports, cost outlooks, and financial submissions, working with country operations teams and client stakeholders to review actual expenditure, budget variances, forecasts, and financial information across the portfolio.
- Support client-side finance and accounting requirements, including accrual calculations, financial data validation, cost allocations, amortization entries, and other ad hoc accounting activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with applicable processes and controls.
- Coordinate Accounts Payable, procurement, and financial administration, including invoice reviews, vendor payment follow-ups, financial documentation, and collaboration with regional Finance Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely processing.
- Partner with client Finance, Facilities Management, Real Estate, and regional stakeholders to address financial queries, prepare management reports, maintain audit-ready records, support financial controls, and respond to evolving business requirements throughout the assignment.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; relevant professional accounting qualifications or certifications are highly advantageous.
- Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial operations, management reporting, financial analysis, or a related finance function; recently qualified accounting professionals with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting, with the ability to work accurately across multiple financial activities and datasets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting; experience with Yardi, ERP/accounting systems, or regional financial reporting platforms is highly advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently, adapt quickly, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries.
