About the Role:
- Administer and manage all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project requirements, and company procedures.
- Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, notices, claims, change orders, variations, amendments, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
- Lead contractor and subcontractor contract administration including work orders, payment certifications, contractual compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor commercial risks, contractual entitlements, project costs, and claims to safeguard project profitability and minimize exposure.
- Manage project close-out activities including final account settlement, contract closure, reconciliation, completion certifications, defect liability period (DLP) obligations, and final documentation.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Quantity Surveying for large building construction projects.
- Proven experience in contract administration, claims management, contractual correspondence, EOTs, variations, contract amendments, project closure, and final settlements.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC, EPC, item-rate, lump-sum, and design-build contracts along with commercial and contractual risk management.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, dispute resolution, communication, and documentation skills.
