Job Posting Title Manager - EHS
Education Qualification • • Bachelor’s degree in Safety / Environmental / Engineering or relevant field.
• • NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification preferred.
• • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory EHS requirements and compliance.
• • Experience in risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation, and emergency management.
Total Years of Experience • 8 to15+ years of progressive experience in project management and/or related training.
• Prior supervisory experience managing EHS operation across different locations or regions.
Responsibilities • • Ensure EHS policy and statutory compliance.
• • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• • Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• • Monitor PPE, PTW, JSA, and safe work practices.
• • Manage incident/accident investigation and reporting.
• • Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and mock drills.
• • Monitor fire safety and emergency preparedness.
• • Ensure contractor/vendor EHS compliance.
• • Maintain EHS records, reports, and statutory documentation.
• • Track EHS KPIs and corrective action closure.
• • Coordinate with clients, auditors, and statutory authorities.
• • Drive continuous improvement and safety awareness.
Supervisory Duties • Manage the EHS operation across the region.
• Implement the EHS best practices
