Job Description

About the Role:

  • Champion a premium workplace and hospitality experience for employees, clients, and visitors, supporting front-of-house and reception standards, meeting and client-suite readiness, VIP and executive visits, workplace presentation, and timely service recovery when issues arise.
  • Plan and coordinate workplace events and employee engagement initiatives, including wellness activities, cultural celebrations, internal events, and workplace activations, supporting the full journey from planning and stakeholder coordination through logistics, vendor/F&B arrangements, onsite execution, and post-event feedback.
  • Support day-to-day workplace operations and readiness through regular workplace walks, site and service-quality checks, meeting-room and shared-space coordination, user requests, inventory and basic workplace administration, working closely with Facilities, Security, vendors, and service partners to resolve issues.
  • Support and guide Community Hosts, reception teams, and service partners in delivering consistent hospitality and service standards, proactively engaging employees and visitors, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve workplace utilization, service delivery, and overall experience.
  • Drive continuous workplace improvement by leveraging employee feedback, surveys, service trends, experience-related KPIs, and workplace technology, while supporting operational reporting, workplace communications, SOPs and checklists, and improvement initiatives across the workplace.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally 2–5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, corporate hospitality, front-of-house or guest relations, employee engagement, events, Facilities/Workplace Operations, or another customer-facing service environment; experience within premium corporate workplaces or high-end hospitality is advantageous.
  • Strong hospitality and service orientation, with practical experience supporting workplace or guest operations, events and engagement activities, VIP or executive requirements, service recovery, and consistently high standards of presentation and customer experience.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills and the ability to work across Facilities, Security, reception teams, vendors, service partners, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using workplace technology, feedback, reporting, and digital tools to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
