Job Description Summary

The primary function of the Experience Coordinator is to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for tenants, guests, and visitors while supporting the Experience Manager and property management team in the day-to-day execution of the property's tenant experience strategy. Serving as a visible, on-site ambassador for the asset, the Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting with amenity and conference center operations, coordinating events and programming logistics, managing reservations, supporting tenant communications, and providing responsive, high-quality service that enhances the overall workplace experience.

Job Description

KEY COMPETENCIES

Operations & Hospitality

  • Serves as a welcoming, on-site ambassador for the property, delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service to tenants, guests, and visitors.

  • Partners with the Experience Manager, property management, engineering, security, and service partners to support day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless tenant experience.

  • Assists with routine property walks, monitors the presentation and operational readiness of amenity spaces, and reports operational or hospitality opportunities to the Experience Manager.

  • Coordinates conference center and amenity reservations, room setup, vendor logistics, and event execution.

  • Supports visitor management procedures, guest registration, and access coordination in partnership with building security and property management.

Tenant Experience & Communications

  • Assists with tenant communications through the tenant engagement platform, digital signage, newsletters, and other communication channels.

  • Supports tenant onboarding, welcome experiences, leasing tours, appreciation initiatives, and hospitality touchpoints.

  • Responds promptly to tenant inquiries, service requests, and day-to-day needs, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Maintains knowledge of local businesses, community resources, and neighborhood partnerships to enhance the tenant experience.

Programming & Engagement

  • Coordinates the planning and execution of tenant events, wellness programming, community activations, and hospitality initiatives.

  • Maintains the property programming calendar, amenity reservations, event logistics, attendance tracking, and vendor coordination.

  • Assists with collecting tenant feedback, participation metrics, and engagement data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Administrative & Platform Support

  • Supports the Experience Manager with scheduling, administrative tasks, documentation, inventory management, and operational reporting.

  • Partners with the centralized Presence by Cushman & Wakefield platform to support marketing initiatives, best practices, and portfolio-wide programs.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 59,500.00 - $70,000.00
