Job Description Summary
12-month fixed-term contract. Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with advanced graphic design skills to join our Victorian Investment Sales team. You will lead the marketing of high-profile commercial property campaigns and create premium collateral supporting some of Victoria’s most significant transactions.

What you’ll do
- Manage property marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
- Create high-quality brochures, submissions, presentations, capability statements and market reports.
- Deliver campaigns across print, digital, email, social media and video.
- Manage campaign budgets, schedules, suppliers and production timelines.
- Maintain a high standard of design across all marketing materials.
- Support team branding, events and broader marketing initiatives.
- Guide other marketers and share campaign and design best practices.
About you
- Experience within commercial property or commercial real estate.
- Experience in a senior marketing, property marketing or campaign management role.
- Advanced graphic design skills, including expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience producing premium property marketing collateral and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder, project and supplier management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
