Job Description Summary
The Finance Business Partner Iberia is a key role in the Finance organization providing data-led insights to advise senior business leaders. They also play a critical role in managing the day-to-day finance operations working closely with business. The candidate should have leadership qualities and charisma to act on behalf of the CFO deputy in front of the leadership team. They should be able to navigate a complex internal structure and have a proven record of driving value-creation activities through commercial and technical finance activities. We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated and has a proactive approach to solve problems. This involves operating in a fast-evolving environment to drive transformational change across the organization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Trusted business advisor for all key stakeholders preparing financial analysis into business reviews and other strategic meetings as required.
Leadership of forecasting, planning, and reporting activities including assisting the Controllership team.
Analysis of business trends using all internal analytics tools and methodologies and providing recommendations to drive actions.
Effective coordination across C&W including, Legal, HR, and other functions.
Transformation champion in the ever-changing technology landscape, as well as coaching the finance teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
6-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Business Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, or other relevant finance roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes, with a strong business partnering mindset.
Experience in multinational and/or professional services environments (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Workday, B2O, CRM.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
