Job Description Summary
Support the safe, secure, and compliant operation of a dynamic corporate workplace in Bangkok, overseeing day-to-day physical security and workplace safety activities. The role will coordinate security service providers, access control and surveillance systems, fire and life safety requirements, workplace inspections, and incident response while partnering closely with Facilities Management and workplace teams.

About the Role:
Oversee day-to-day physical security operations, including coordination and performance monitoring of security service providers, CCTV monitoring, access control, turnstiles, visitor/security procedures, and other workplace security arrangements.
Conduct regular workplace safety and security inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, blocked emergency access, inappropriate storage or handling of materials, and other potential risks, ensuring corrective actions are appropriately followed through.
Coordinate fire and life safety requirements, including fire extinguishers, fire protection systems, emergency routes and equipment, evacuation readiness, drills, and other emergency preparedness activities.
Support the management of workplace incidents and emergencies, including accident awareness, initial response and escalation, coordination with security teams, emergency services or ambulance providers where required, and timely incident documentation and reporting.
Partner with Facilities Management, building management, vendors, employees, and relevant stakeholders to promote strong safety and security practices, maintain appropriate records and compliance requirements, and support continuous improvement across workplace operations.
About You:
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant safety or security certifications considered advantageous.
Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience across workplace safety, physical security, HSE/EHS, facilities operations, fire safety, or corporate security, ideally within a corporate office, commercial building, hospitality, or similar environment.
Practical knowledge of physical security systems and operations, including CCTV, access control, security personnel/vendor coordination, incident management, and workplace security procedures.
Good understanding of workplace HSE and fire/life safety principles, including safety inspections, hazard identification, emergency response, fire protection equipment, incident reporting, and general occupational safety requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills in Thai and English, with a proactive and hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively with Facilities teams, vendors, security personnel, building management, employees, and other stakeholders.
