Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day management and operational excellence of a commercial office tower in Jakarta. Working closely with the Property Manager, this role supports building operations, tenant relations, service delivery, reporting, vendor management, and on-site teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and consistently high-quality property experience.

About the Role:

  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across the office tower and retail components, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless building operations in accordance with client expectations, operational standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Conduct regular building inspections and site walk-arounds to monitor cleanliness, safety, security, engineering and maintenance standards, proactively identifying operational risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Build positive relationships with tenants, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating the resolution of operational issues, tenant concerns, and service requests while maintaining consistently high standards of customer experience and service delivery.

  • Monitor property management initiatives, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, vendor performance, budgets, contracts, and operational action plans while preparing accurate weekly and monthly management reports for the client.

  • Coordinate and provide guidance to multidisciplinary on-site teams and service providers, working closely with the Property Manager to drive accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a customer-focused service culture across the property.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property or building management, preferably within an office tower, retail center, mixed-use development, or other commercial property environment.

  • Strong understanding of building operations, Facilities Management, tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and service delivery, with the ability to identify operational issues and drive them through to resolution.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership capability and the confidence to coordinate tenants, clients, vendors, service providers, and multidisciplinary building management teams.

  • Proactive, approachable, and highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and reporting capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
