Job Description Summary
Responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of fire protection systems, emergency preparedness, safety compliance, and security coordination across the facility. The role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment through proactive monitoring, inspections, training, and emergency response management.

About the Role:
• Ensure all fire pumps, diesel pumps, pressure gauges, gong bells, beacon lights, and associated fire protection systems are operational and maintained in Auto Mode.
• Monitor fire water tank levels, diesel tank levels, pump room valves, engine oil levels, battery conditions, and ensure pumps are leak-free.
• Conduct building evacuation drills, implement emergency response plans, and coordinate emergency preparedness activities.
• Carry out fire and safety inspections including hot work monitoring, PPE compliance checks, and maintenance of firefighting and first-aid equipment.
• Deliver fire safety and security awareness training, oversee security guard deployment, and support smooth traffic management within the premises.
About You: • Sub Officer Course from National Fire Service College (NFSC) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant Fire & Safety experience. • B.Tech (Regular) in Fire & Safety or B.Sc (Regular) in Fire & Safety with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • BE in Fire Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience. • Diploma in Fire & Safety from a recognized Technical Board along with a regular Graduation degree from any stream. • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, emergency response procedures, statutory safety requirements, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
