Job Description
The successful candidate will support the team across multiple real estate asset classes and gain exposure to investment, valuation, and transaction advisory activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of client pitches, proposals, and investment presentations.
- Support the execution of acquisition and disposal processes, including coordination of transaction activities.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of commercial due diligence reports.
- Conduct market research and analysis of off-market investment opportunities.
- Assist in financial, market, and asset-level analyses to support advisory assignments.
- Participate in client meetings, internal discussions, and project update calls.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members on strategic advisory and business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience Gained:
- Exposure to real estate capital markets and transactions.
- Understanding of acquisition, disposal, and due diligence processes.
- Experience in market analysis and investment evaluation.
- Client-facing exposure and participation in stakeholder meetings.
- Development of presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
