The Front Desk Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and provides front desk, administrative, and marketing support to the local team. This role helps keep office operations running smoothly through reception, document support, project coordination, and marketing-related tasks.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephones, respond to inquiries as appropriate, and direct calls to appropriate parties and/or take accurate messages
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Perform administrative office services support functions and backup Brokerage Coordinators
  • Complete routine/correspondence, data entry, print letters, labels, form letters; format documents; and input data
  • Handle mail distribution, when needed
  • Assist with filing, folding, sorting, posting, labeling, and stamping of jobs
  • Assist with event and project planning
  • Create printing and binding hard copy packages for tours and presentations
  • Manage the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and couriers when needed
  • Engage with marketing and other vendors when needed and act as key resource for local operations team regarding marketing.
  • Full or Part-Time hours available

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone manner
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills required
  • Prior administrative/marketing experience preferred.
  • Previous real estate experience or experience in a fast-paced environment an asset.
  • Advanced computer proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to prepare detailed documents, presentations and reports
  • Adobe Creative Suite an asset
  • Energetic, tenacious, dependable, proactive and takes initiative, takes pride in work, and works well within a collaborative team

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $17.00 - $20.00
