Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of construction, fit-out, capital works, and infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, you will help manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects through all phases of delivery
- Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements
- Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support contract administration, change management, and project closeout activities
About You
- Experience in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage or support construction projects from planning to completion
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, procurement, and project controls
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Data center, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
