Job Description Summary

Take the next step in your property career by managing a diverse commercial portfolio across some of Sydney’s most iconic and high-profile public precincts. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our Sydney team and support the delivery of exceptional property management services across a prominent NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, build strong relationships with commercial tenants and contribute to the financial and operational performance of your assigned assets. You will work closely with Leasing, Facilities Management, Finance, Events and Asset Management teams in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties

  • Build trusted relationships with tenants and respond to property-related enquiries

  • Oversee lease administration, critical dates, rent reviews and lease compliance

  • Support rent collection, arrears management and tenant account enquiries

  • Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts and financial reporting

  • Coordinate outgoings budgets and annual reconciliations

  • Monitor property performance and identify opportunities to improve operational outcomes

  • Partner with internal teams to support maintenance, projects, events and precinct activities

  • Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on operational matters

  • Prepare property reports and support governance, risk and compliance requirements

About You

You are a proactive and relationship-focused property professional who enjoys managing diverse assets and delivering a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders.

You will ideally bring:

  • Three to five years’ experience in commercial property management

  • A strong understanding of commercial leases, property operations and compliance

  • Experience managing office, mixed-use or precinct-based assets

  • Confidence managing tenant relationships and resolving operational matters

  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting and arrears management capabilities

  • Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
