Job Description Summary
Build your property career while supporting the management of a diverse retail portfolio across some of Sydney’s most iconic and high-profile public precincts. We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Retail Property Administrator to join our Sydney team and support the delivery of retail property management services across a prominent NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Retail Property Manager, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across lease administration, financial processes, retailer coordination and reporting. Working closely with Property Management, Finance, Facilities Management and Events teams, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of vibrant retail precincts enjoyed by retailers, visitors and the broader community.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative and operational support to the retail property management team
Respond to retailer enquiries and coordinate communications and follow-up activities
Maintain lease records, property information and critical date tracking
Support rent invoicing, turnover rent, arrears management and financial reporting
Coordinate information between retailers and internal service teams
Assist with property inspections, audits and compliance activities
Prepare reports, correspondence and property-related documentation
Maintain accurate records in line with governance and operational requirements
Support the team with general administration and day-to-day precinct activities
About You
You are a proactive and organized administrator who takes pride in producing accurate work and delivering excellent service. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally bring:
Experience in property administration, retail property support or a similar role
Exposure to retail, commercial or mixed-use property portfolios, although this is not essential
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Confidence using property management systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
A relevant qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline is desirable
