Job Description Summary
The Market Data Associate will be responsible for collecting, validating, encoding, and maintaining office market information within the Property One Database. The role combines field data collection and database encoding tasks to support the organization's goal of achieving near-complete office market coverage across Metro Manila while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
Job Description
- Conduct site visits to office buildings and business districts across Metro Manila.
- Gather property information, vacancy data, building contacts, photographs, and other market intelligence.
- Coordinate with property managers, developers, leasing teams, and brokers to validate information.
- Encode and update collected data in the Property One Database.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of database records.
- Research and update technical building specifications and other property details.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on database information.
- Support database migration, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare progress reports and monitor assigned properties and areas.
Qualifications
- College undergraduate or graduate of any business, real estate, marketing, IT, or related course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in data entry, market research, real estate, or administrative work is an advantage.

- Improve the accuracy and reliability of the Property One Database.
- Ensure timely collection, validation, and encoding of market information.
- Provide updated market intelligence to support brokers, clients, and business development teams.
