About the Role:
Champion a premium workplace and hospitality experience across employee, client, and visitor touchpoints, overseeing front-of-house standards, workplace readiness, VIP visits, service recovery, and continuous improvements to the overall employee and client journey.
Plan and deliver workplace engagement initiatives, wellness programs, internal events, and cultural activities from concept and stakeholder coordination through logistics, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation, ensuring consistently high standards of experience and service.
Partner closely with Facilities, Security, workplace teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, identify service gaps, enhance workplace utilization, and ensure consistent experience standards across assigned locations.
Support and guide Community Hosts, reception teams, event support teams, and service partners to embed a strong hospitality culture, while coordinating executive and senior stakeholder requirements and maintaining a professional, seamless workplace experience.
Leverage workplace technology, employee feedback, surveys, service trends, event outcomes, and experience-related KPIs to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements to employee experience, client experience, engagement, and service delivery.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or a related discipline.
Ideally minimum 2–5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Corporate Hospitality, Front-of-House Operations, Employee Engagement, Client Experience, Events, or a related service environment; experience within luxury hospitality or premium service environments is highly advantageous.
Strong experience coordinating workplace events, engagement programs, VIP or executive requirements, and high-touch service experiences, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional service orientation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and guide workplace service teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use feedback, workplace data, and digital tools to continuously improve service and employee experience.
