Job Description
This is a chance to become a true expert in commercial real estate. Our market leading departments don’t aim to be the biggest in the industry, but in what we do, we aim to be the best. We are involved in some of the most high-profile real estate clients and buildings in Dublin, and nationwide. You will gain experience in valuation, commercial agency, and asset services, giving you a broad understanding of the commercial real estate sector and the experience required to achieve your APC qualification.
The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become SCSI/ RICS accredited.
Graduate opportunities may also be available in Galway and Limerick.
Our 3-year graduate programme offers a dynamic blend of learning and real-world experience, giving you an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate sector and a head start in your professional journey. You will work on impactful projects, gaining new skills and invaluable insights into our business.
Throughout the programme, you’ll participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events, all designed to enhance your development and expand your professional network.

Eligibility
•If your undergraduate degree is not SCSI/RICS accredited you will need to undertake a MSc whilst completing your graduate programme with us. The MSc is sponsored by Cushman & Wakefield.
•Ideally you will be in the final year of your degree.
•Full, clean drivers license is preferable.
