This role will be responsible for execution of data centre projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

About the Role:
- Lead and manage all MEP works, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Oversee the design development, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, IT, and specialist systems.
- Review and monitor contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Ensure MEP works comply with approved designs, specifications, applicable codes, and data centre performance requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, testing, and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
- Manage coordination of critical data centre systems, including UPS, generators, transformers, cooling systems, BMS, fire protection, and associated infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, interface issues, and construction constraints.
- Lead MEP testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, performance verification, and final handover.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and specialist vendors.
- Review MEP progress, risks, procurement status, long-lead items, and recovery measures.
- Provide technical leadership to the MEP team and support the Project Director in achieving project objectives.
