Job Description Summary
The Senior MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and commissioning Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for building construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

About the Role:
Lead the execution and coordination of MEP works across building construction projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
Review MEP drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and construction methodologies, while coordinating with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines, cost controls, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and statutory authorities to obtain approvals, resolve technical issues, and facilitate project delivery.
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP execution and coordination for building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, ELV systems, and building management systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office; exposure to Revit MEP and BIM coordination is preferred.
Experience in institutional building construction projects such as hospitals, educational campuses, research facilities, or government buildings will be considered an added advantage.
