Compliance Manager position:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Monitor statutory licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain and update the statutory compliance tracker and ensure closure of all pending actions.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, auditors, and other external agencies as required.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and inspections and identify gaps/non-conformities.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Monitor contractor/vendor compliance, including statutory documents, manpower records, licenses, and other mandatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance related to labour laws, wages, PF, ESI, minimum wages, contract labour, and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, reports, and compliance documents within the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain proper records and evidence for all statutory and client audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular compliance status reports to management, highlighting critical gaps, risks, and overdue actions.
- Support management during external audits, inspections, and statutory authority visits.
- Ensure effective communication of changes in applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements to concerned departments.
- Escalate critical compliance risks and non-compliances to management immediately.
The Compliance Manager shall be responsible for ensuring 100% statutory compliance, timely closure of observations, proper documentation, and continuous monitoring of compliance risk
