What You’ll Be Doing
Manage daily operations across multiple facilities, covering both hard and soft services
Oversee hard services including general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems
Oversee soft services including cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, security and pest control
Ensure all reactive, planned and corrective maintenance meets contractual, regulatory and industry standards
Coordinate maintenance programs to uphold site condition, presentation, safety and compliance
Prepare accurate site documentation including emergency procedures, compliance records and financial summaries
Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop capital budgets and maintenance plans
Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
Travel to regional and remote sites to conduct inspections and support local teams
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management OR relevant trade/technical qualification or FM‑related tertiary qualification
Bachelor’s degree and/or supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong capability in planning and managing preventative maintenance programs
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and related documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/Work Order Management systems
Work Environment
This role operates within a professional client office environment, with travel between sites as required. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
