Job Description Summary
The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.

Key responsibilities
Brokerage Support for the Eastern PA & SNJ Industrial Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Brokerage Support
- Listing Tracking & project management of marketing initiatives related to active Listing assignments
- Database management
- Salesforce and CRM management
- Brokerage Events
- Costar and LoopNet
- Client facing communication related to marketing initiatives
Marketing and Graphics:
- Client reporting (Primarily Landlord Marketing Update Deliverables)
- Mapping and Aerials
- Signage design, E-blast design, Brochure design, and Marketing Boards design
- Case Studies
- Event planning
- Assist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)
Reporting relationship
Role will report to the following:
- Market Director of Operations or Office Manager (in rare cases fee-earner directly)
Metrics
Role will be evaluated on the following:
- Accuracy of produced documents
- Timeliness of produced documents
- Communication and collaboration with other team members
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
- Proficient of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)
- Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required
- Database management

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $25.13 - $29.57
