Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of hospitality real estate projects in Varanasi. The role will be responsible for project planning, construction management, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, commercial oversight, and successful project completion in line with business objectives.

About the Role:
- Lead the complete lifecycle of hospitality construction projects from design development through execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual compliance to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, hotel operators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and brand standards.
- Monitor construction progress, project risks, safety performance, procurement, and resource utilization across multiple workstreams.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, and quality control processes to ensure world-class project execution and operational readiness.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate construction with significant exposure to hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, contracts administration, vendor management, quality assurance, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building capabilities.
