About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the delivery of projects across multiple business functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution while working alongside experienced project professionals.
You will be exposed to real business projects, develop practical project management skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring project activities.
Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and task lists to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Design, Operations, and other business units.
Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks, and support resolution efforts.
Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required.
Perform administrative and project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
About You
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Able to provide a University Introduction Letter, Student Confirmation Letter or Student ID
Able to commit for a 3-6 months internship
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
