About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Industral Leasing team. You’ll support investment analysis, help with deal execution, and assist in expanding our hospitality portfolio. This is a great opportunity to learn about real estate investments and the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate.
- Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
- Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
- Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
- Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain & Logistics ,Marketing Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in hospitality and real estate
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
