Job Description Summary
As a Project Administrator with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Hiring Manager and project teams. • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records. • Support with scheduling meetings, interviews, and calendar management. • Manage follow-ups on action items and deadlines. • Attend meetings and capture accurate minutes (MoM). • Track key decisions, actions, and follow-ups from discussions. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and summaries. • Draft, review, and format professional emails on behalf of the Hiring Manager. • Assist in internal and external stakeholder communication. • Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication across teams. Qualifications To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: • Graduate in any discipline. • 1–5 years of experience in administrative/project coordination roles. • Experience supporting managers or project teams preferred. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
