Key Responsibilities -
- Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites.
- Analyze data related to manpower, complaints, audits, compliance, asset performance, and service delivery.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business review summaries.
- Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment, operational costs, and site performance.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Support development of SOPs, trackers, checklists, and operational frameworks.
- Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
- Assist in audit tracking, non-compliance analysis, and corrective action monitoring.
- Work on special projects related to workplace experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
- Support leadership in preparing client presentations and strategy reviews.
Measure of Success :
Timely delivery of the results.
Essential qualifications and experience :
Qualification
Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.
Primary Interactions:-
C&W reporting manager
Knowledge and skills required :
- Interest in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, or Corporate Real Estate.
- Basic understanding of soft services, technical services, audits, compliance, or site operations.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel dashboards, or automation tools is an added advantage.Leadership

- Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
