Key Responsibilities
Deliver a premium concierge experience within a corporate workplace environment.
Welcome and assist executives, clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Manage visitor registration, meeting room coordination, and executive requests.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Coordinate workplace events, catering, and VIP visits.
Ensure meeting rooms, reception, and shared spaces are maintained to a premium standard.
Liaise with building management and service providers as required.
Provide administrative support relating to workplace operations and concierge services.
Handle enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
About You
Essential Experience
Recent experience as a Corporate Concierge, Executive Concierge, Executive Receptionist, or Workplace Concierge within a corporate office environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
Experience working within premium corporate, professional services, legal, financial services, property, or blue-chip environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional presentation and a polished, customer-centric approach.
Ability to build credibility and rapport with senior leaders and VIP visitors.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
