Sr. Transaction Coordinator
Job Description Summary
Provides operational coordination for C&W Transaction Management professionals supporting clients with geographically dispersed real estate portfolios across North America.
Job Description
- Deliver exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and high-quality support.
- Monitor and report lease expirations, critical dates, and key transaction milestones.
- Manage smaller-scale real estate transactions, coordinating with brokers and other transaction partners.
- Support the transaction management team by preparing and maintaining documentation for new leases, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, subleases, options, and other transaction activities.
- Prepare negotiation summaries, RFP comparison matrices, and other decision-support materials.
- Research and compile real estate market data and broker intelligence to support transaction strategies.
- Assist in developing market analyses, demographic reports, presentations, and client meeting materials, including communicating market insights.
- Coordinate financial analyses to support real estate transaction decisions.
- Draft, review, and process Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), client initiation documents, service requests, and broker engagement letters.
- Facilitate commission invoicing and maintain accurate commission records.
- Enter and manage commission data within the Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) revenue reporting system.
- Prepare and maintain transaction and portfolio reports, including closing reports, value-add reports, negotiation summaries, RFP comparison matrices, and KPI tracking.
- Update transaction management systems (e.g., Fusion, CoStar, REFLEX, or other transaction management platforms) and maintain accurate document repositories.
- Generate portfolio reports for both Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and clients, including data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report formatting.
- Support client reporting requirements by completing administrative reporting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Process transaction documentation, including routing execution packages, coordinating signatures, distributing fully executed documents, and serving as a liaison among Real Estate, Lease Administration, and Facilities Management teams.
- Assist in the Lease Abstraction process
- Review broker market surveys and transaction deliverables for accuracy and completeness prior to client submission.
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and feedback questionnaires.
- Perform general administrative support, including correspondence, document preparation, departmental coordination, and other office support activities as needed.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.85
