- Support account profitability, cost discipline, and value-for-money outcomes by reviewing resource plans, vendor costs, service changes, and recurring expenditure.
- Oversee SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure account performance is visible, accurate, and actionable.
- Ensure service risks, compliance findings, audit actions, client commitments, and contractual obligations are tracked through to closure.
- Review and validate regular account performance reports covering service delivery, financial performance, risk status, vendor performance, incidents, actions, and improvement plans.
- Provide account-level oversight of vendors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure performance, compliance, and commercial expectations are met.
- Act as the senior escalation point for service-impacting risks, client concerns, financial issues, vendor constraints, compliance matters, and unresolved operational dependencies.
- Maintain oversight of incident, problem, and change management from an account impact perspective, ensuring client communication and follow-up actions are well governed.
- Lead the account team by setting priorities, clarifying responsibilities, supporting development, and aligning resources to account commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement across governance, financial control, stakeholder experience, reporting quality, vendor management, and service delivery maturity.
About You:
