Job Description Summary

Supports the Asset Manager with property operations, compliance, account onboarding, vendor management, inspections, financial administration, and real estate documentation to ensure effective asset management and regulatory compliance for 80-100 real estate assets.

Job Description

  • Support Asset Manager with daily, monthly, and annual asset management activities.
  • Manage office correspondence, mail, phone calls, and reporting.
  • Assist with onboarding new real estate accounts.
  • Conduct property inspections and upload inspection documentation.
  • Run and review compliance reports.
  • Support regulatory and compliance deadline requirements.
  • Assist with vendor bidding, repairs, and property maintenance oversight.
  • Prepare real estate contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Maintain certificates of insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors.
  • Process vendor invoices and establish utility accounts.
  • Research and analyze property income and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate document management and recordkeeping.
  • Assist with OFAC reporting and SCRA searches.
  • Gather data for annual asset reviews.
  • Prepare and distribute tenant and vendor correspondence.
  • Collect information for property tax appeals.
  • Assist with asset review and inspection data entry.
  • Prepare, process, and close real estate approval forms (REAFs).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 65,875.00 - $77,500.00
