Job Description Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will provide hands-on operational support to the Digital Growth Lead in delivering marketing campaigns and managing day-to-day marketing operations across EMEA. The role is focused on executing campaigns, supporting audience segmentation, and maintaining marketing data processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce (Sales Cloud). The position is designed to support regional teams by handling operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes and governance. This role also supports coordination between systems and teams, helping ensure smooth data flows and reliable campaign execution across the region.
Job Description
- Support execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, audience selection, scheduling, and deployment, ensuring accuracy and alignment with defined processes.
- Build and maintain audience segments and Filtered Data Extensions (FDEs), including combining multiple data sources and subscription signals to meet campaign requirements.
- Translate campaign and audience requirements into clear segmentation logic.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaigns and data to ensure accuracy before deployment.
- Support day-to-day and ad-hoc operational requests from regional marketing teams, including time-sensitive campaign and data requests.
- Create and manage campaigns in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including maintaining campaign structures and supporting contact group setup.
- Assist in managing audience data across systems, ensuring consistency between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to facilitate data imports, updates, and issue resolution between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Support basic troubleshooting of campaign and data-related issues, escalating more complex cases where needed.
- Maintain and update simple process documentation, templates, and guides to support consistent execution of marketing activities.
- Support onboarding of new users by guiding them through core marketing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with established workflows and governance standards.
- Follow and contribute to defined processes, templates, and checklists to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar preferred)
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and data handling
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow defined processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of email marketing and campaign execution processes
- Experience working with data (e.g., Excel or similar tools); basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Good understanding of HTML for email and landing page editing
- Basic familiarity with CSS and JavaScript is beneficial
