Lift Performance Monitoring,
- monitoring lift performance
- Manage Contractors and performance
- Responsible for all stakeholders regarding lift performance.
- Able to attend site inspection with immediate notice.
- Able to witness and verify site works
Lift parts certification
- To carry out parts certification work with contractor
- To witness contractor’s parts replacement works
- To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works
- Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement.
- Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance schedule.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Any other work that is assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred) and above
- Prior 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer skills are required, familiar with BCA and HDB requirements for Lift operations.
