Job Description Summary
Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

Key Role & Responsibilities :
The main responsibility of the Project Manager:
- Project manager is responsible for defining the project scope with the customer, preparing the required documentation for project funding approvals, and then engaging the needed vendors and coordinate all activities through project completion.
- Project manager must work within a rigid set of policies and procedures to carry out the requested task.
- Project manager will be managing multiple projects at the same time. Extended hours and some weekends will be required to oversee the completion of projects and keep up to date on required documentation.
- Our projects cover the office, retail, industrial sectors, and we expect growth in the number of industrial projects.
- Sustainability is increasingly important in our projects, and we also provide ESG consulting services.
The main tasks are including, but not limited to the followings:
- Budget planning
- Cost management, cost tracking
- Creating and controlling schedules
- Space planning/space utilization (including drawing plans in CAD)
- Interior design consultancy
- Design management
- Reviewing plans
- Selecting general contactor by tendering
- Monitoring construction works
- Managing change requests (technical, cost and time implications)
- Coordinate completion inspections, review payment applications
- Tendering of cabling, furniture, audiovisual equipment and security system installation
- Technical and site supervision
- Conduct building condition surveys
- Conduct site visits
- Relocation management (selecting and managing moving company)
- Coordinating the work of the project team
- Reporting
- Ensure on-time delivery of quality information, materials, workmanship, and installation.
- Review and manage the project schedule and approve changes, ensuring all contract parameters are being met.
- Approve all subcontracts and purchase orders for engineering, material, tools equipment and subcontractors.
- Issue reports detailing financial and schedule status of project.
- Provides costumer service to internal and external clients in a timely manner.
- Match qualified subcontractors to project types and create bid lists.
- Evaluates bids from subcontractors and makes selection recommendations.
- Assembles and scopes subcontractor bids and prepares final pricing for negotiated and hard bid projects.
- Negotiates pricing and contract scope with subcontractors.
- Reviews submittals to ensure they meet criteria or intent.
- Establishes and maintains strong communications with clients and/or project team members on all matters relating to the job.
- Ensure that project milestones have been met and project progresses on schedule and on budget.
- Identify and redirect project activities to stay within project guideline, time frame and budget.
Knowledge & Skills :
- Fluency in English
- University degree in Engineering (preferably MA in Architecture or Msc in Civil Engineering)
- Experiences in industrial projects and/ or ESG is an advantage
