Job Description Summary
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for executing and maintaining accurate and compliant master data across finance systems, supporting critical business processes within the organization. The role focuses on vendor, customer, and organizational data setup and maintenance in systems such as JDE and Eftsure, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with corporate standards. The analyst supports finance operations by managing key data structures including chart of accounts, business units, project setups, and PO routing, while adhering to internal controls and governance requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective stakeholder coordination, and a proactive approach to resolving data issues and improving processes.

About the Role:
- Perform vendor setup and maintenance in Eftsure and JDE, ensuring accurate data entry and completion of required validations and approvals
- Maintain customer and tenant master data in JDE, ensuring billing and account details are correct and updated
- Create and update Project Business Units in JDE, ensuring proper alignment with corporate structure and reporting requirements
- Maintain the corporate Chart of Accounts, including creation and updates of accounts in line with governance standards
- Configure and maintain PO routing structures, ensuring alignment with approval hierarchies and internal controls
- Set up and maintain business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and alignment with organizational changes
- Validate master data requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve master data issues and support business requirements
- Support data quality checks and periodic reviews to ensure ongoing data integrity
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in master data management
- Hands on experience in vendor setup and maintenance, including validation and compliance checks
- Experience in customer or tenant master data management
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, preferably JDE
- Good understanding of data governance principles and internal controls
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, procurement, and operations teams
