Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for a leading multinational corporate office in Bangkok. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and service partners while supporting workplace hospitality, office administration, and day-to-day reception operations.

About the Role:
Welcome employees, visitors, and service partners in a professional and friendly manner while managing visitor registration, access procedures, and front-desk operations.
Handle incoming calls, meeting room coordination, courier services, mail distribution, and general reception activities to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Support workplace hospitality services including meeting room preparation, guest assistance, office events, and other front-of-house activities.
Monitor reception and common areas, reporting facilities-related issues such as cleanliness, maintenance, or access concerns to the Facilities team for timely resolution.
Provide administrative support including document handling, office supplies coordination, and liaison with building management and workplace service providers.
About You:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Office Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Workplace Services within a corporate environment.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with visitor management systems considered an advantage.
