About the Role
Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of project finishing works, ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
Drive project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure governance and control of project documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Identify risks, drive operational excellence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and client satisfaction.
About You
10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with significant expertise in project finishing works and successful handover of multiple large-scale projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
Strong understanding of greenfield construction projects, particularly interior fit-out and finishing works.
Proven capability in project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional project outcomes.
