FA Hub Senior Analyst
Job Description Summary
FA Hub Senior Analyst is an experienced analyst leading the execution of CMFA Pool requests by providing on-time, high-quality analyses. Senior Analysts will perform execution of Lease Abstract which will summarize key financial and non-financial lease term which will help the Brokers for translating analysis findings into high-level summaries for requestor reviews.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Review and abstract critical information from lease agreements and related documents (e.g., amendments, subleases, assignments).
- Follow internal SOPs and quality control measures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Enter lease data into lease management systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate with the onshore Pool team to confirm request scope and review analysis findings; demonstrate the ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner, answer clarifying questions, and make timely, accurate revisions
- Develop high-level analysis summaries by identifying transaction considerations (strengths/weaknesses), trends, outliers, and logical inconsistencies
- Assist and mentor Analysts as they gain experience
- Track and develop working knowledge of real estate fundamentals and industry trends
- Support the CMFA Pool’s maturity by supporting process improvement and automation initiatives through
communicating improvement opportunities and suggesting potential solutions
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) preferred
- 5-8 years of Lease Abstraction Process
- Experience with financial models preferred
- Passion for client delivery, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding requestor expectations
- English language proficiency (verbal and written) to communicate with US-based CMFA Pool team members is required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
