Job Description Summary

We are seeking a BI Analyst to join Cushman & Wakefield's Transformation Team. The role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards and reports, managing data models and ETL processes, and delivering actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI, SQL, data analytics, and data management, with a passion for turning data into strategic business decisions.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Define and track KPIs and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
  • Support data governance, data quality, and database management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or BI Development.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling.
  • Experience with ETL development, data integration, and database management.
  • Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools is highly preferred.
  • Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI), Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
