The Sub Regional Leader leads operations, growth, and delivery excellence across multiple markets within a defined sub region. Serving as a connector between Regional strategy and Market execution, this leader drives business development, operational consistency, financial performance, and talent development at the sub regional level.

Key Responsibilities
Sub‑Regional Strategy & Multi‑Market Leadership
- Translate and execute regional strategy at the sub‑region level.
- Ensure operational alignment and consistent delivery across all markets.
- Conduct regular reviews with Market Leaders to evaluate performance, client satisfaction, and business needs.
Business Development & Market Growth
- Lead BD efforts across multiple markets, driving pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Support major pursuits as senior advisor, partnering with Marketing, PDS leadership, and other service lines.
- Represent the sub‑region at industry events and internal forums to promote capabilities.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management
- Implement standardized delivery practices, risk protocols, and assurance processes across the sub‑region.
- Serve as escalation point for multi‑market project challenges, operational gaps, or client concerns.
- Capture and share cross‑market insights to elevate service quality.
Financial Oversight
- Manage sub‑regional forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Partner with Market Leaders to ensure accuracy in financial planning and accountability.
- Monitor revenue drivers, profitability targets, and resource utilization.
Talent Development & Leadership Support
- Mentor, coach, and develop Market Leaders and other key talent.
- Partner with HR on performance management, succession planning, and team engagement.
- Foster a culture aligned with C&W’s DRIVE values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi‑market operations and client‑facing delivery teams.
- Strong financial acumen and proven track record in business development.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 225,250.00 - $265,000.00
